We frequently work with clients in the selection and development of senior managers. The combination of our team's skills and experience allows us to offer our clients essential support in the selection, interviewing, development and mentoring/coaching of thier teams. Our engagements have included working with Chief Executive Officers for the recruitment of board level Chief Technologists, Chief Information Officers and IT Directors as well as our more common engagements with IT Directors and CxO's recruiting and developing their technical senior management. Our support and assistance can lend an 'external' view of the candidates while providing another level of technical, operational or strategic depth to the process which can reduce the risks inherent in hiring to senior technical positions.

We have considerable experience working with companies involved in Outsourcing, Software Development, Network Design and Operations as well as with large public companies and the public sector where we have worked with the NHS and with Local and Central Government organisations.
